Job opportunities

In a cultural scenario in which scientific communities are asked to produce “actionable scientific knowledge” and consequently cultivate new alliances with institutions, the world of work and culture, the Doctorate in Psychology, Pedagogy, Linguistics and Gender Studies intends to promote the employability of research doctors by intercepting the cultural and training needs expressed by the regional, national and international territory.

The professional trained through the doctorate will be able to: a) consciously adopt complex theoretical models, consistent with the theoretical and epistemological perspectives suitable for the specific field of research and intervention; b) choose and develop appropriate methodologies to collect and analyze data for scientific and applied purposes (qualitative, quantitative or mixed methods; transversal and longitudinal research designs; c) interpret the achieved results consistently with the existing literature on the topic and be able to disseminate the new knowledge and the validated methodologies.

The Research Doctorate therefore represents an access requirement for employment (research fellow, researcher) in the field of advanced research training to be carried out within universities and research centers and public and private bodies (universities, CNR, IRCSS) but also offers the opportunity to improve various professional skills, promoting access to different work fields at the end of the course.
